• deliver tasks relating to the implementation of new Trade Marks law
  

• serve as team member to a focus group on Trade Marks Law Reform (TMLR) computer system working on the e-business model for processing trade marks applications
  

• serve as lead project person for the TMLR focus group working on the e-trade marks register
  

• prepare ground work on scoping and path finding for issues in development business friendly devices in the web-enable TMLR system
  

• supervise and coordinate the provision of customer service
  

• supervise the operation of front and back office
