Deputy Director of Intellectual Property

• deputise DIP in meeting the legal, operational, administrative and promotional targets of the department

• lead legal officers creatively and manage the department strategically
  advise on legal policy and legislative matters

• ensure effective and efficient operation of the Trade Marks, Patents and Designs Registries

• promote intellectual property rights locally and overseas

• monitor and provide civil intellectual property legal advisory service

• monitor hearings, judicial review and appeal actions

• comment on Executive Council & Legislative Council Briefs
