Briefing Sessions on Public Consultation on the Review of the Hong Kong Registered Designs Regime

The Commerce and Economic Development Bureau and the Intellectual Property Department will jointly hold briefing sessions on the public consultation on the review of the Hong Kong registered designs regime.  Members of the public are welcome to register for attendance.  Deadline for registration is 14 January 2026.

If you wish to join the session, please contact us at design_consultation@ipd.gov.hk on or before the above deadline and provide us with your following information:

1. Session you would like to attend
2. Name of attendees (up to two)
3. Name of your organisation
4. Email address

Notes:

• Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email and are required to present the confirmation email (in print or digital version) for entering the venue.
• Each email address can only be registered once.
• If the information provided is incomplete, the application may not be processed.
• The Commerce and Economic Development Bureau and the Intellectual Property Department reserve the final right to accept any registration.
• The personal data provided by this application will be used for the purposes of enrolment, statistical analysis and liaison work.
