Documentary evidence is NOT required to be filed in the following cases:

1. Assignment – if the Form P19 is signed by or on behalf of the assignor.
2. Mortgage, licence/sub-licence or security – if the Form P19 is signed by or on behalf of the mortgagor, the grantor of the licence or security.
