For e-filing of Form P1, P1A, P14, P17, SP1 or SP2 by way of the “General Form GE” (Web-Form GE)

1. Download the pdf version of the Form P1, P1A, P14, P17, SP1 or SP2 at “Forms and Fees”
2. Fill in the Form P1, P1A, P14, P17, SP1 or SP2 and save the completed form as a pdf file
3. Go to the E-Filing System and create a Web-Form GE
4. Fill in the Web-Form GE and upload the completed Form P1, P1A, P14, P17, SP1 or SP2 (pdf file) in Part 02 of the Web-Form GE
5. Finalize and submit the Web-Form GE
