With effect from 16 March 2026 (effective date), registered e-filers may file via IPD’s E-Filing System electronic records of:-

(1) evidence, copies of authorities, skeleton arguments, written submissions and hearing bundles relating to any proceedings before the Registrar of Trade Marks, Registrar of Patents or Registrar of Designs, irrespective of the commencement date of the proceedings; and

(2) court orders, declarations, directions or certificates to which an electronic seal of the court is applied.
