for filing Form T10

Documentary evidence is NOT required to be filed in the following cases:

• Assignment / Assent / Grant of security interest – if the Form T10 is signed by or on behalf of the assignor / the personal representative making the assent / the grantor of the security interest.
• Amendment of registered particulars of security interest – if the Form T10 is signed by or on behalf of both the grantor and the grantee of the security interest.
• Removal of registered particulars of security interest – if the Form T10 is signed by or on behalf of the grantee of the security interest.
