After verification, such calls were not made by our staff. The IPD urges the public to stay vigilant against fraudulent calls, scam emails or messages purportedly made or issued by the department. For verification of any calls claiming to be from the IPD, please call our hotline at 2961 6901 or email us at enquiry@ipd.gov.hk. You may also seek assistance from the Anti-Scam Helpline at 18222.
